CAMBIOS IMPORTANTES / IMPORTANT CHANGES

Queridos amigos,

Tenemos dos noticias a dar. Una buena y una mala. ¿Cuál quieres oír primero?

Empezamos con la mala. COVID-19 ya lleva más de un año fastidiando a todo el mundo y a nosotros nos fastidió el campus del año pasado. A parte del desastre sanitario que está causando el virus está haciendo mucho daño a la sociedad a todos los niveles. Nuestros anfitriones, Centro Maristas de Guardamar, lleva cerrado desde octubre de 2020 y a pesar de promesas positivas para este verano la dirección del centro ha decidido de no reabrir este verano.

Así que el Campus La Marina 2021  no se realizará en Centro Maristas de Guardamar , tal y como vamos haciendo en los últimos 12 años.

Se nos ha comunicado esta decisión el martes de esta semana y desde entonces hemos trabajado frenéticamente para resolver la situación, y de allí sale la siguiente noticia, la buena:

Hemos llegado a acuerdo con ayuntamiento de La Nucia,para poder realizar campus en las instalaciones de Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano. Aqui podeis ver la maravilla de instalaciones que tendremos el palcer de poder usar, https://www.ciudaddeportivacamilocano.com/ 

El complejo deportivo de La Nucía cuenta con dos pabellones además de otras instalaciones como piscina cubierta y descubierta, pistas de padel, tenis, voley playa, rocódromo, skatepark, circuito de BMX o un estadio olímpico.

Lamentablemente no hemos podido conservar nuestras fechas pero sí que hemos podido conseguir la fechas muy próximas, es decir 25-31 julio 2021

Los participantes dormirán en el Colegio La Muixara, que se adaptará para recibirnos. Están muy acostumbrados a realizar campus grandes en ciudad deportiva y en el colegio Muixaraa

Ayuntamiento de la Nucia está reconocido por apostar por el deporte y está proclamada como la Villa Europea del deporte y tiene Premio Nacional de Deporte.

Fieles a nuestra actitud positiva estamos convencidos que este contratiempo y obligación de remover nuestra tradición nos trae cambios buenos y que la calidad de nuestro campus se verá incrementada con este cambio.

Entendemos que este cambio puede perturbar los planes familiares y que no todos tienen posibilidades de adaptarse, por esto obviamente todos los que no pueden o no quieren simplemente nos tienen que comunicarlo y procederemos con la devolución de las cantidades ingresadas.

Los que  si quieren y pueden adaptarse a este cambio, simplemente nos lo tienen que comunicar por email, whatsapp, llamada… No cambia ninguna condición económica ni es necesario hacer la inscripción de nuevo.

Dear friends,

As they say, we have two pieces of news to give you. A good one and a bad one. Which one do you want to hear first?

Let’s start with the bad one.. COVID-19 has been annoying the whole world for more than a year and ruined last year’s campus. Apart from the health disaster that the virus is causing, it is doing a lot of damage to society at all levels. Our hosts, Centro Maristas de Guardamar, has been closed since October 2020 and despite positive promises for this summer, the management of the center has decided not to reopen this summer.
So Campus La Marina 2021 will not be held at Centro Maristas de Guardamar, as we have been doing in the last 12 years.

This decision was communicated to us on Tuesday of this week and since then we have worked frantically to resolve the situation, and from there comes the following news, the good news:

We have reached an agreement with the city of La Nucia, to be able to make a campus in the facilities of Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano. Here you can see the marvel of facilities that we will have the pleasure of being able to use, https://www.ciudaddeportivacamilocano.com/
The La Nucía sports complex has two sport halls as well as other facilities such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball, climbing wall, skatepark, BMX circuit or an Olympic stadium.
Unfortunately we have not been able to keep our dates but we have been able to achieve very close dates, that is, July 25-31, 2021
Participants will sleep at Colegio La Muixara, which will adapt to receive us. They are very used to accommodate large campuses in a sports city and at the Muixaraa school.

La Nucia City Council is recognized for investing in sports and is proclaimed the European Sports Village and has a National Sports Award.

Faithful to our positive attitude, we are convinced that this setback and obligation to remove our tradition brings us good changes and that the quality of our campus will be increased with this change.

We understand that this change can disrupt family plans and that not everyone has the ability to adapt, so obviously all those who cannot or do not want to, simply have to notify us and we will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid.

Those who do want and can adapt to this change, simply have to communicate it with email, whatsapp, call … 

No economic condition changes nor is it necessary to register again.

No commitment for you but you can secure your place (We have limit on 100 players) . Once we are sure that Campus will be hold we will contact you to confirm your registration.

ESPAÑOL: Aunque la situacion ahora mismo no es la mejor, nosotros queremos seguir siendo positivios y estamos preparando la nueva edicion de Campus La Marina.

CLM 2020 is CANCELLED 😞

Queridos padres, madres y jugadores/as:
No ha sido una decisión fácil. Nos ha costado mucho tomarla, pero dadas las circunstancias pensamos que lo más sensato es cancelar el Campus.
La simple posibilidad de un positivo y el caos que eso supondría, tests masivos, evacuaciones y posteriores daños colaterales han podido más que las ganas que teníamos de celebrar esta 12 th edición.
Esta quedará vacía en memoria de todos los afectados por el covid y el año que viene volveremos con más fuerza que nunca para la 13 th edición.
Son muchas las emociones contrapuestas que sentimos todos los miembros del staff. Es una semana muy especial que tenemos reservada en el calendario priorizándola por encima de cualquier otro acontecimiento. El verano se planifica a partir de la fecha del Campus. Así que entenderéis como nos sentimos ahora mismo.
Otra razón que nos ha llevado a la suspensión es la propia filosofía del Campus. El tener que reducir aforo, protocolos de distancia, turnos para la piscina…. chocaría de lleno con la camaradería y el espíritu que nos caracterizan.
Esperamos que entendáis nuestra decisión y os esperamos en la próxima edición.

Dear parents and players.
This decision was not easy to make, It took us a long time but as circumstancies are, we think that the common sence is to cancell Campus this year,
The simple possibility of only one positive result, would suppose a real chaos which would be followed by massive tests, evaccuation and subsequent damages. All this made that our decision was to cancel our 12th edition.
This will remain empty in honor of all the victims of COVID-19 and the next year we will be back with more force than ever to make our 13th edition possible.
There are a lot of opposite emotions that our entire staff is feeling. It is a very special week that we all block in our calendars prioritizing it over any other event. Our summer is planified from the Campus dates so you can imagine how do we feel right now.
The other reason that took us to make this decision, is Campus own philosophy. Having to reduce the capacity, distance protocol, shifts to use the swimming pool… This would change completely that spirit which characterize us as we are.
We hope that you understand our decision and we cant wait to see you next year!

Cher papa, maman et joueurs/ joueuses.
Ça n’a pas été une décision facile, ça a été dur de la prendre mais vu les circonstances nous pensons que le plus raisonnable est d’annuler le camp.
La simple possibilité qu’il y est un cas et le KO que cela formerait (tests massifs, évacuation et dommage collatéraux) on eut raison de notre envie de célébrer cette 12ème édition.
Elle restera vide en mémoire à toutes les victimes du covid et l’an prochain nous reviendrons avec plus de force que jamais pour la 13e édition.
C’est avec beaucoup d’émotions que tout le staff a pris cette décision. C’est une semaine très spéciale que nous avons réservée dans nos calendriers et que nous donnons la priorité à tout autre chose. Notre été se planifie à partir de la fate du campus, vous comprendrez donc notre déception actuelle. Une autre raison qui nous a poussé à annuler le camp est sa propre philosophie.
Le maître mot est la liberté et devoir respecter des protocoles de distance ou de tour pour la piscine va à l’opposé de l’esprit de camaraderie qui nous caractérise.
Nous espérons que vous comprendrez notre décision et nous vous attendons pour les prochaines éditions.

🇪🇸 Otro año más nos vemos obligados a cerrar el plazo de inscripción. A pesar de que todavía estamos en febrero ya no quedan plazas para la 12ª edición de Campus La Marina. A partir de hoy las inscripciones nuevas se apuntarán a la lista de espera por orden de llegada.

🇬🇧 Once again we are forced to close registration period. Earlier than ever, despite that we are only in February, there ate no available places at 12th edition of Campus La Marina. From now, all new registration will be placed in queue list respecting order of registration.

De 19 a 25 julio 2020 disfrutaras de la mejor semana del año, donde viejos y nuevos amigos os divertiréis con mucho baloncesto y actividades, piscina y playa y como no, las competiciones nocturnas.

Abrimos las inscripciones este domingo 01/12/2019 a las 12.00 NO TE QUEDES SIN TU PLAZA, NORMALMENTE CAMPUS SE LLENA!!!
